I Installed Two Thin Metal Washers To The Inside Of Between The Bracket And The Ball Shaft And Eliminated The Nylon Washers. Tightened The Bolt Just Tight Enough To Allow The Ball To Stand Up Strait On Its Own, Yet Move Freely With A Slight Amount Of Pressure. Worked Like A Charm.
