Improve the sound and performance on your Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon with premium headers from Stainless Works. American-Made and designed for the 2015-19 Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon 5.3L and Performance Connect 6.2L, these headers feature 1-7/8″ primary tubes that are CNC mandrel bent to increase air flow, and engineered to create power. These headers come with 3″ slip-fit collectors, as well as off-road eliminator tubes that flow into 3″ lead pipes. Options for connections to Stainless Works exhaust for a full 3″ system end to end, or connect to the factory exhaust location.
Built from corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel, our headers are TIG welded for strength and durability at our state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. Our Tahoe & Yukon exhaust and header systems are modular and available in multiple configurations. Available options include Legend and Redline sound levels, factory and performance connection points and either off-road leads or high flow catalytic converters.

Our Legend series is designed to create our signature growl, increase volume over stock, yet maintain a comfortable cabin environment. We design Legend systems with the daily-driver in mind, improved tone with restrained loudness. A system that still gets the blood flowing, but allows for a comfortable ride.

Choose Your Connection
Stainless Works Tahoe & Yukon systems come in two configurations: Factory Connect and Performance Connect.
Factory Connect allows our headers or exhaust to easily bolt to the factory exhaust or manifolds respectively. They connect to the factory location which includes an exhaust Y-Pipe to accommodate fitment.
Performance Connect is designed to take advantage of performance gains not possible with the standard factory connection point. Both SW headers and SW exhaust are used in this configuration.
